Money management skills are crucial for a financially secure future. Your understanding of budgeting, savings, debt, and investing affects every aspect of your life. To help build and develop financial knowledge, PFFBO offers a free* financial literacy course covering topics such as setting financial goals, the power of compounding, fixed-income investments, stocks, bonds, options, how to trade them, and portfolio management.

This multi-week course (8-10 weeks) is typically held twice a year. Sessions are usually 2 hours long and scheduled on weekends. While in-person attendance is recommended, a limited number of online spots are also available.

We held our inaugural Annual Fundraiser Event on 28 May 2023 at Hidden Creek Community Center, Hillsboro, OR 97124.  We are happy to say it was sold out and a successful event.  Steve Callaway, Mayor of Hillsboro was the chief guest, we had presentations from our partners, and an exciting evening of live Indian folk songs, invaluable silent auction & sumptuous Indian dinner.
